First time here and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ve never really tried Vietnamese food before and now it’s my absolute favourite because of this place! To start, the staff are probably the sweetest I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. They were so professional and so welcoming(this alone made me want to return before even trying the food). The food- I looked up reviews before coming here and a lot of people recommended the wontons and salad rolls so we got that to start and we enjoyed every single bite of both. The peanut sauce with the salad rolls was amazing! We both got a deluxe vermicelli and wow the portions were shocking. Such a big portion and the flavours were something else. Definitely a bang for your buck. The one thing I will say is we had ordered 2 of the Vietnamese iced coffees and they came back saying they were out and it would take 30 mins to make more so that was a bit disappointing but we just went with a couple of pop instead. I hope to try the iced coffee next time we stop in. I can’t rave about this place enough. Do yourself a favour and give it a try. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

I stopped by to get some beef pho and was not disappointed!!! It was sooooo delicious! The atmosphere is unique and makes you feel welcomed. I loved the decor, music, and comfy booth seats. The service was top-notch! I will definitely come there again

The food was wonderful with large portions. Everything was fresh and savoury, even the cooked vegetables were still tender-crisp. I'm not a fan of curry but tried a little bit of my nephew's- lovely! Perfect!! You write down what you want on the bill left at the table- every dish is numbered so it's pretty simple. Salad rolls, fried wontons, house vermicelli special- all were great. Definitely will be back. And don't forget to try the Vietnamese coffee!

I have been here numerous times for dine-in, take-out, or delivery… every time has been 5 stars experience. Their salad rolls are so fresh and delicious. The peanut sauce is also tasty! Another favourite appetizer is the cream cheese wonton (comes with sweet chili sauce). Although this is best ordered for dine-in… I love it better when it’s hot and fresh from the kitchen. Their deluxe pho is so delicious and flavourful. But there are days when I’d much rather get the Bun Bo Hue… it’s spicier and has more flavour than pho. If you’re looking for something creamy, spicy, and savoury, try the chicken curry and coconut noodle soup. So delicious! I also love that we can get this as XL sizes, which makes them shareable. I’ve also tried their house special vermicelli and deluxe pad thai and they are both so good! Those are my usual go-tos depending on season and mood. :) The restaurant is clean and staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. This is really a great addition to the Transcona community.

I like this place. Salad rolls were very good, peanut sauce was also very good. Shrimp spring rolls were hot and cooked perfectly and were hot till the end. Not the biggest pho but loaded nicely. The peanut pho wasn’t my favourite. I wouldn’t order again. Selkirk has the best IMO. And the roast beef I would not order, the rare beef was the best option IMO will try other options. The servers were great and fast. Tried some things we wouldn’t normally try this place has some great things just take time to figure what they do best. Recently tried the beef sub, crusty bun warm meat and a sweet savoury sauce. Wasn’t the biggest sub but tasty! Chicken curry soup was different great presentation personally I like the green or red curry not a fan of the yellows flavour. Place was bright and clean, bathrooms could use better attention. Always friendly and great service. I will frequent here!

Had to try this place as I heard good things. I was very impressed. One of the best Vermicelli's I've had. Fit Club version with extra meat and less noodles. Amazing

I went to the Watt Bistro Pho for the first time on September 17th with a friend. I have never had Vietnamese food and was curious about it we had a waiter and waitress explain to us about the dishes. I have to say that everything we saw being served to customers looked delicious and made the choices hard to make. We had number 44 and 49. The portions are very good and I was able to bring some home for supper I also liked the presentation of the meal. The place is very clean and they do not rush you through your meals. It is a go to place for great food. The hours are also good and Thursday thru Saturday open till 3 am after you've had a nice night out good place to end the night.
